When you submit an inquiry, contact form, or consultation request, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, message details, and consent record. If analytics or security logging is enabled, we may also process technical information such as browser details, device information, IP address, referral URL, and timestamps.
Purpose and Method of Processing
We process personal information to respond to inquiries, provide annulment information, refer requests to independent lawyers when you ask for matching support, handle complaints, protect the site, comply with legal obligations, and improve content quality. Forms are submitted electronically and may be reviewed by authorized Annulment.ph personnel or service providers.
Annulment.ph does not charge consumers to submit an inquiry. Independent lawyers set and disclose their own professional fees before engagement.
Consent and Sharing
By submitting a form with the required consent checkbox, you authorize Annulment.ph to process your inquiry and contact you. If your request requires lawyer matching, we may share relevant details with independent lawyers so they can evaluate and respond to the referral. We do not sell personal information.

Personal information is controlled by Annulment.ph Legal Information Services, 123 Makati Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1200. For Data Privacy Act requests, email info@philippinesannulment.com with the subject "Data Privacy Request".
Retention
Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for response, referral, complaint handling, legal compliance, and audit purposes. We normally review inquiry records for deletion or anonymization after 24 months unless a longer period is required for legal, dispute, or security reasons.
Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you may request information about processing, access your personal information, correct inaccurate data, object to or withdraw consent for processing where applicable, request blocking or deletion when legally available, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
To exercise these rights, email info@philippinesannulment.com with the subject Data Privacy Request. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect submitted information. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, so avoid sending highly sensitive documents through general web forms unless requested through a secure intake process.
Consumer Redress
For service concerns, email info@philippinesannulment.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a resolution path within 7 calendar days.
